Favor or Favours, whats your spelling?

Stampin’ Up! demonstrator stampwithpeg – Party Favours – (Using an envelope punch board)

I would write ‘favours’ but either way we all know what they are, they are little surprise bundles with nice yummy things inside.  They can be used for any occasion, maybe for guests at a celebration, or a treat for family or friends and even as a little thank you.

I made the ‘celebrate’ favour to go with my last two blog posts as a little well done treat. If you would like to make these for yourselves I have shown the instructions below.

First cut the paper to 4” x 4” then using the Envelope punch board, punch and score at 2 inches on all sides.

I dont fold and burnish for these they fold naturally at the score lines and leave a softer finish.

Add your chosen sweets for these I used Terrys Twilight Mints but anything of similar size would be fine, fold in the two sides then the bottom, add a glue dot to the top corner and close. Wrap your chosen twine around 3 times and tie at the top, trim to neaten.

Add your chosen sentiment and topper, I used the Bitty Butterfly Punch, Elegant Butterfly Punch Papillon Potpourri Clear-Mount Stamp Set,

My sentiment was from an old hostess set, but you can chose any sentiment, I used the Word Window Punch to put my sentiment on.

How easy is that, I love the Envelope punch board  it is so easy to use and is so versatile, you can make envelopes in loads of sizes, the little favours and believe it or not gift boxes too, which is really useful if you make a card with lots of embellishment that just wont fit in a normal envelope without damaging the beautiful card inside. Oh and Christmas Crackers too!. Watch my blog for lots of ideas and instructions coming soon.

Each Month anyone that orders will get a little handmade gift and card as a thank you from me, but please remember to click the box that enables me to contact you or I wont be able to send this to you.

You can also use my hostess code to get an extra treat each month you shop, (Hostess code on the right).  Please though if you spend over £150 don’t use the code as you will get your own hostess benefits and using the code would stop these. (This treat will be sent directly from me after the end of the month, with no expense to you, I will take care of the postage)

The hostess code can’t be added to your order after you have placed it, so please remember to include it.

Below you will find the supplies I used, If you would like to purchase any of these click on the link and it will take you to the product in my Stampin’ Up! Online Store.

Happy Crafting
Lynn xx
