Cards For Keeps – In aid of CORAM – Update

Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator stampwithpeg – Update with ebay Auction link

My original blog post about this is here The auction has been running since the 4th May and ends in 2 more days, it is doing really well. And the best thing is 100% of the money raised goes to CORAM.

To see the online Auction, and check out all the cards made click HERE

There are loads of bids with one of them at the time of writing this already at £280 WOW how fab is that.

It is by Ralph Steadman, who has made 3 cards for Stampin’ Up! in aid of CORAM, with total bids of £705 what an amazing amount towards this cause and with 2 days still to go wouldn’t it be great if just these 3 cards alone raised over £1000 I will be watching and hoping.

There is still chance to pick up a card without the hefty price tag with cards starting at £9.99, and with people such as Lorraine Kelly, Zandra Rhodes, Felicity Kendell, Twiggy and many more having made cards for this event there is heaps of choice to pick up a unique keepsake.

This one is my favourite, by Karl Pilkington with bids up to £71 at the moment

All the money raised from this Auction will be donated to Coram which is the UK’s first ever children’s charity giving better chances for children since 1739. They help some of the most vulnerable children, making them feel loved and safe and giving them the access to education and opportunities that all children need. With services such as Adoption and Creative Therapies among many more. Children deserve a normal loving childhood and I’m proud to be part of a company that believes that too, well done Stampin’ Up!

Even if you are not interested in bidding on a card yourself, please still go and check out the Auction.

Even better, share this event on your blog or facebook or any social media, because someone somewhere might not know about this and may bid if they do, the more money raised the better and the more exposure to the auction the more chance of bids.

Thank you

Lynn x
