Quick Card Thursday : Love you Lots, Friend

Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator stampwithpeg – Thank you, friend! Love you Lots and Playful Palette.

Is that not just the cutest little elephant, I have done two cards with this gorgeous stamp but as its Quick Card Thursday this is the ideal one to feature today. It was certainly speedy to put together, the card base is my usual half a sheet of A4 folded in half, with the first layer 1/8″ less on width and length. I used a piece of DSP  from Playful Palette for my layer, its kind of an arty set with spots, splodges and swishes.

The stamp itself is incredible, so easy and so clear it certainly doesn’t look stamped even. I just stamped it onto Very Vanilla card and eyeballed the size then rounded the corners, then repeated this for the sentiment which is from the same stamp set.

I added some matching ribbon and bakers twine under the sentiment and a few enamel shapes to finish it off. I could have coloured the elephant but I wanted to keep the pencil drawn look to it for this card. I really like the way it has turned out and will be repeating this with the other stamps in the set.

How can you get this set? Well its an exclusive Hostess Set and can be earned these ways.

  1. Hold a workshop for your friends, and this can be purchased as part of your hostess rewards.
  2. Spend £150 or more in the catalogue and you will be eligible for your own hostess rewards which can be used to get any of the exclusive hostess stamp sets, there are six of them and they are at a reduced price too, they can also be used throughout the catalogue.
  3. If you order through my shop link and use the hostess code at the top of this page (could be the bottom on mobiles) you will qualify for my customer gifts, which will be a product from the catalogue. If your order is £50 or more I will send you this gorgeous stamp set.

My hostess club gifts are sent out at the beginning of the following month as these are from me so will not come with your order.

They are all just so adorable, the next three Quick Card Thursdays will showcase the rest of them. 🙂 I hope you enjoyed my project, thank you for visiting.

Happy Crafting
