Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator stampwithpeg – Pootles’ Colour Challenge 006, Wishing You Hopeful Thoughts.
Today I am joining in on Pootles’ Colour Challenge and this weeks colours are:
After my week of Night of Navy projects last week I thought it would be a while till I used it again 🙂 I love this mix of colours they are an unusual mix but I think they go together really well.
Please check out the challenge by clicking below, there will be some fabulous projects showcasing these colours and different uses for them.
I haven’t used this stamp from Hopeful Thoughts yet so thought I would use it and base my card around it. Of course the leaves are Emerald Envy, as the stamp has the leaves and flowers in one stamp the flowers stamped Emerald Envy as well, but I wanted them to be Night of Navy. I used my Tree Builder punch to cut out small flowers in Night of Navy which I added a small pearl to before gluing them in place over the stamped flowers. I stamped the Get Well wish and added a small bow in Emerald Envy.
My card base and panel are in Night of Navy and my DSP is from the 2016 – 2018 In color pack in Emerald Envy.
I absolutely adore the way the small navy flowers look against the Emerald Envy leaves and the bow just finishes it off nicely.
Why don’t you pop over to the challenge and join in yourselves it is lots of fun, you will find the challenge here
