Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator stampwithpeg – Pootlers Design Team November 2016 – Glamper Greetings, Week 2.
It’s week two of the Pootler’s Design Team project for November, I am really enjoying taking part and looking forward to seeing what the rest of my team have made too.
When I first saw this stamp set I loved the little Christmas images but they were quite small so couldn’t think at the time what to do with them, when I was doing last weeks project I decided I wanted to make some of my own DSP with them for this week as the small size makes them ideal for this.
There were 5 stamps I wanted to use, the tree, snowman, wreath, lights and Happy Holiday sentiment so I just randomly stamped these on to a piece of Whisper White card.
I chose Cherry Cobbler as my card and tag base colour and some Presents & Pinecones DSP, then used mainly the colours in these to colour in my stamped images. I just layered these up and added some coordinating twine and was done. I am glad I stamped a bigger piece than I needed as It meant I could pick out the bits I thought had turned out best. I am really pleased with the way these turned out and am going to make some more of the cards to give to my neighbours.
Up to now I have used 9 of the stamps included, that still leaves me a massive 23 stamps left to play with, come back next week to see which ones I use next (even I don’t know yet 🙂 ).
