Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator stampwithpeg – Falling in Love : Wedding card for the Bride & Groom.
Happy Valentines day to all, not a Valentines card today though I moved on a few steps to the Wedding card. I wanted to keep with the romantic theme of the day and what better way than with a wedding and big red hearts.
I really like the font on the sentiment which was appropriately from the Falling in Love stamp set, and stamped in Real Red ink which I also used for the lovely lacy border detail. I used the fab FREE stamp set Delicate Details, which is one of the amazing Sale-a-bration freebies.
I added a matt of Real Red card and a layer using Falling in Love Designer Series Paper, I picked out a lovely lacy dress design. I added the two red hearts which were cut using Sunshine Wishes thinlits and used Very Vanilla ribbon to ‘tie’ them together forever!!
Finally I added the congratulations on the front and this lovely sentiment inside using the Floral Phrases stamp set, oh and a couple of pearls.
I am loving crafting wedding projects at the moment, my son and his girlfriend are getting married in May and we are busy coming up with ideas. It’s all very exciting, although I have to go outfit shopping soon and I haven’t a clue what I am going to get, I do know I wont be wearing a hat, I just do not suit them at all!!
